14-day consumer withdrawal

A consumer may notify us at iperionsteel@gmail.com of withdrawal from an online purchase of a non-custom product within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Include the order number, your name and the product.

Return method and cost

Return or hand over the goods within 14 days of notice to Iperionsteel Kft., 2314 Halásztelek, Korbuly u. 4., Hungary. Pack the complete goods securely.

The customer pays the direct return cost for a non-defective withdrawal. Iperionsteel pays the justified return cost of defective or incorrectly supplied goods; contact us before shipping.

Refund

We refund through the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or proof of dispatch is provided. Confirmation is sent by email after inspection.

Exceptions and business purchases

The consumer withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications, cut to size or clearly personalised. Business purchases follow the accepted quote or contract. Statutory rights for defective performance remain unaffected.
